Data we process
Through the contact form, we may process your full name, email address, message content and technical data related to submitting the form, such as the time of submission and basic server logs.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this data only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote or continue business communication you initiated. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before potentially entering into a contract, as well as our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
How long we retain data
We retain inquiries for as long as needed to manage communication and follow up on requests, for no longer than 12 months after the last communication, unless a contractual, accounting or other legal obligation requires a longer retention period.
Who may access the data
We do not sell your data or use it to send newsletters or marketing messages without separate consent. Technical service providers that support the website, hosting, email and contact form may have access to the data where necessary.
Cookies and analytics
